Even though our team are working completely remotely at this time, we are no strangers to this type of working environment. Our entire team are well equipped with all the necessary tools to maintain a smoothly running service for all our customers with minimal delays. “Online meetings” and discussions are somewhat the norm for us – even more so now.

Any member of our client success team is available via live chat, WhatsApp, email or phone during our usual office hours from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Our out-of-hours assistance line will continue to operate outside of these hours.
